Go to one of the places in CT that actually treated us better. Now I'm def in a position to tell all my friends its not worth it to go there. ONE THING! could have given them 5 stars and repeat customers for years. The fact that they cannot accommodate that to parents of a new born in their hotel speaks volumes about how little they care about their customers and their overall lack of customer support. It's not even like I asked for a free room or anything of a great value. With the new born it is a nightmare to be booted out the door with no place to really situate her and feed her before we pack up. They're happy duping people up there for a fake check out ad. Which really says to me they get this all the time and they refuse to change their ads. He made no effort to even to see if he could do it. On top of that I tried to ask a manager named Irving as politely as possible for the 2pm check out. Really? Didn't have any mention of that in their display ad. However, when we get there my wife was told that was only on Sundays. The 2pm is clutch for us to have so we can actually enjoy our stay for a few hours. So my wife booked it because we have a new born and a difficult 3yo.
Nothing in the Ad about any stipulations. We saw an Ad that clearly stated Room $129 check out at 2pm. Simple request that was just denied time and time again. One Thing! Just one thing would have made me super happy.
